The plugin does not show up in my DAW. Rescan your plugins in the DAW settings. Check that the files are in the folders listed in Install a plugin.

The plugin window is blank on Windows. Run the installer again. It sets up Microsoft WebView2, which the window needs.

I got a new computer. Free up the old one in the customer portal, then activate on the new one. See Activate your license.

Does the trial need a different installer? No. The same installer is used for the trial and the full version.
